Tex-mex Chicken Spaghetti CasseroleMy husband loved this recipe and asked me to make it again only a day after the first batch was gone! I used shredded Mexican blend cheese (I don't like processed food) and added some diced red bell pepper and jalape?o the second batch. It's a keeper!

SIRLOIN STEAK IN PARMESAN-PEPPERCORN SAUCE (12)This was definitely different than I'm used to. I, personally didn't care for it, but hubs said it wasn't bad. The onions were very good, but neither one of us cared for the sauce. I don't think I'll make it again, sorry recipe creator.

I have a horrible time remembering where I find recipes, and don't think to write them down, and my husband asked me if I could please remember to write this one down. I should go do that now!
