Belgian Waffle BatterRecipe makes 8 waffles on a 4 square belgian waffle maker.Turn this into Egg Nog waffles by substituting 1 cup of Egg Nog for 1 cup of the milk.While not as excellent as fresh cooked, these freeze fairly decently. Do best heated up in a toaster oven, microwave makes them a bit chewy, but my son doesn't mind. He really chows these down, at least 2 per serving and he's 4 (I think he has a hollow leg). =)
