Ultimate Scalloped PotatoesI too added onions in layers (potato, onion, cream mixture), but I caramelized onions first. Also added a little chopped, fresh, rosemary to cream mixture. Absolutely delish!!!

Boneless Pork Loin Roast with Herbed Pepper RubSimply beautiful! Used all fresh ingredients instead of dried (standard 3 to 1 ratio). Loved the spice of the fresh ground pepper - did not at all think spice was too much but we love spice. Add drippings to a brown gravey.

Grilled Marinated London BroilI have made this 3x; 2x on a London broil and 1x on a flank steak. All 3x - wonderful! First 2x used a sweet red with great results. Family loved the marinade. Definitely a new staple of a recipe.
