Very simple to make, roughly 10 mins. Much healthier snack and relatively cheap.
Could use a little A1 or some type of flavoring. This is filling and would be a good go to but needs some experimenting.
I cut up whole potatoes and soaked them in olive oil with vegetable seasoning while I mixed the ingredients for the meatloaf. Then grilled them over indirect heat for about a half an hour to 40 mins checking and turning about every 15 mins.
We preferred sliced baguette over pita chips.
This recipe was easy to make. My kids who have a very finicky appetite absolutely loved it. A definite winner at my family's table!!
