Layered Taco Casserole

Layered Taco Casserole

We didn't care for it. The cottage cheese did nothing for me or my family. Sorry. — webtexan 5/27/2012
Finger Lickin Good Pork Chops

Finger Lickin Good Pork Chops

This was very tasty and the gravy was really good. I used 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and 1 can of cream of chicken with 1 can of milk. While its cooking it thins out but once it cools the sauce gets really thick which I love. We poured the sauce over cauliflower mmmmm. I wasn't sure what sort of chop he used, I guess with the lengthy cooking time (oven not crock pot) they are on the bone and thick. I used boneless chops about 1" thick and cooked it 1 hour, oooops yeah, it was to long, next time maybe 40 minutes (or less). But I have to say even though they were over cooked they were tender enough to eat. Hubby loved it and agreed that it needs to be cooked less. I will make this again. 5/8/2012
Japanese Carrot Salad Dressing

Japanese Carrot Salad Dressing

I made this exactly as posted, the taste was really good but it seemed to be so dry on my salad so I added more oil and water. 5/6/2012
Chicken Enchiladas with a twist

Chicken Enchiladas with a twist

I made this tonight, it was delicious even my husband who doesn't like Mexican food said he was so surprised how good it was. I did not use the broth based on other reviews. I did use cream of chicken soup, low fat cheese and I ground up the salsa because my daughter does not likes hunks of tomatoes in her food lol. I also bought a rotisserie chicken from the store to save time. I served it with Mexican rice and sour cream. I will make this again, thank you for such an easy recipe. — luvigutierrez 5/6/2012
Creamy Cheesy Cauliflower Soup

Creamy Cheesy Cauliflower Soup

I didn't have celery seed so I used regular celery, onions, dill and garlic. I did not add the cream cheese and used 2% milk. The cheese I used was low fat cheddar. This recipe came out wonderful. My DH asked me to make it again today. This time I am going to add fresh mushrooms at the end :) Thanks for a great soup. — webtexan 4/30/2012
Fiesta Chicken Casserole

Fiesta Chicken Casserole

This was really tasty but it is missing something, maybe heat. Next time I am going to add some chili's. I did make it with a pie crust and it came out great. I would suggest letting it rest before cutting it....about 20 minutes or so. The only thing I did differently was the chicken, I used a rotisserie chicken (small one). Yes I would make this again :) — KaitCav 2/28/2012
Scalloped Cauliflower

Scalloped Cauliflower

This is wonderful, but I did tweak it a bit. Instead of cream I made a rue with butter, flour and 2% milk and grinders garlic sea salt. I also used low fat cheese and fresh cauliflower (cooked)... very very good !!! — 1MoreCreative 2/19/2012
