I live with the love of my life and soul mate Linda, in Lancaster, N.Y. suburb of Buffalo.  We have 3 daughters, all of which have left the nest.  Daughter #1 is the Pastry Chef for Rich Products Corp. Headquarters here in Buffalo. #2 is Dental Lab Tech and #3 our baby is a Vet Tech.  I have worked in the Culinary business for 30 years, from catering to fine dinning.  Presently I am a Private Chef and also teach culinary arts to clients, instruction is hands on, in their homes.

Italian cuisine with out hesitation is my passion.  Preparing the dish is joy, however eating the fare is true enjoyment.  Growing up, my Father told me that I may be of Polish, German ancestry but I had red sauce flowing through my veins
