I live in the south so I love to cook! I love trying new ideas and recipes and experimenting with food. I am a stay at home mom so luckily I have alot of time to cook,
I enjoy chicken, pizza, chinese food, mexican food, soups, veggies and of course dessert!!!

Chicken Milanese - Breaded Chicken CutletsTried this recipe tonight and to my surprise my usually picky hubby and son loved this dish. I added a little cream to the sauce just to take down the bite of the lemon. Turned out great!!! Will keep this in my recipe box.
