I don't often write reviews. So for me to take time to post one must mean this was good! I added 4 cloves of garlic and a little under an inch of ginger. I blended everything together and then let it sit for 30 min on the fish. I put the fish in Pyrex dish and then poure the marinade in the bag over it tThen I broiled it for about 13-15min. Great recipe!!! Tasted amazing, I seasoned the pork with adobo and made a few slits in the meat and added whole garlic cloves tucked inside. The gravy was to die for — bkprice13 6/21/2011
