Classic Cottage PieVery delicious! I didn't have any leeks, though, and added some greens beans I had left over, which fit rather well. Somehow the mashed potatoes are missing in the list of ingredients, but it wouldn't be cottage pie without it!!! I am confident that I will cook this dish regularly in future.

Ambie's Shrimp & Artichoke AlfredoVery delicious! However, quite rich, so I wouldn't call it an every day dish, but great if you're looking for an easy special meal.
