creamy tomato sauce with asiago tortellini
I am a learning cook. I decided about 5 years ago that I would get over my fear of cooking and actually just try. It has been an adventure ever since! And with some bad- but mostly good recipes under my belt, I feel rather confident to try my hand at all sorts of dishes.
I hope one day to add a little something to this community, but in the meantime, I want to make everyone else's goodies!
I love making meals with and for people I care about. That makes the food extra delicious! Beyond that, Id say I really love BBQ, and I really get down on some chocolate chip cookies. I love food of Latin America, and I have a weak spot for Italian food. Oh jeez, I could wax poetic all day about delicious things I've eaten. From a nutella and green apple sandwich on toasted sourdough, to hungarian goulash with egg noodles. Food is absolutely delightful! It's the great joiner of people to culture, and I love that!

Egg-In-A-HoleI really love this breakfast treat! Food is so much more fun when it has a whimsical vibe to it. I tried to do this once in a very thick brioche and it didn't turn out too well. So, be wary if you cut your own slice of bread not to make it too thick!
