Hey Just wanted to give you some pointers on the sauce and how thick it is. If it is two thin for you the after you put in the coconut milk wait longer before moving on to the next step. The longer you wait the sauce gets drier and the over all meal will be thicker. The other thing I've found is the first day I make this it is always slightly to runny for me as well, however I leave it in the fridge and on the second day it's much thicker sauce.

Please go ahead and add any veggies you want to this as you can see from the other posts other people have added veggies. I make veggie side dishes so none are needed in this one for my family. Glad you like it and hope this was able to help with your issues.
