I live in N. J. and I am a Service repesentative in a home heating (fuel oil)company.I have been working there for 21 yrs.
I love crocehing,word puzzles, watching detective stories on T V, and cooking.
T love eating home made soups-stews,all kinds of chicken recipes.
I like making all of the above.
I always remember our holidays dinners my mother made and enjoyed doing for her family.

Oven Roasted Red Potatoes with Rosemary and GarlicI suggest putting these potatoes in with a roasted pork ans for about 45 mins. or untill done depending on the sizw of the poyatoes. (fabulis)
