Mexican Pork Chops

I love this! I changed it a bit, though. I used 1/2 can of tomatoes instead of tomato sauce. I sautéed onions, garlic, and a bit of the green pepper and added it to the rice mixture before adding the pork chops. I mixed up Monterey Jack cheese with cheddar cheese. I also added chicken bouillon to the water. It was delicious! 5/30/2012
