Baked Chicken with Honey SauceThis dish was so good! My typically picky 5-yr old even loved it, he had seconds! :) I served it with penne pasta, green salad & garlic toast. Will be making this again.

Stuffed PeppersSo delicious! I used mixed bell peppers..orange yellow & red. I didn't have Italian seasoning, so to add more flavor, I threw in thyme,basil,oregano,cumin & some red pepper flakes. It was a hit!!
