Love cooking. I travel a lot and each time I try to remember local recipes and inspirations (herbs, spice, etc). I do like North African recipes but also South of France (bistro rabbit - mustard, thyme, wine, shallots - will post my recipe soon). Lately, very excited.. I am about to have installed my new cooking top and a new counter (Quartz). My best "bring back" item: from Ibiza at the medieval festival market - local smoked and hot paprika. Amazing. I do like spicy things.

Sauteed Spicy SoleLove it for the little bit which is different for a sole (which I used). I served it with sauteed nectarine (dices and cooked in olive oil, butter and some cracked pepper)
