Fiesta Chicken CasseroleOh my! So good! I did a couple things different; I used a rotisserie chicken, deboned it and cooked it with taco seasonings (laurys). Also, since I'm allergic to wheat, I made a crumbled tortilla chip top. YUM-O!!

Anita's Crockpot Lemon ChickenI use about 5 lemons and only 1/4c of worchester. (1/2c way too much!) I also added a can of chicken broth to cut the tartness. I add carrots when it's about 1.5 hours from being done and make gravy from juice (flour to thicken and cream... May add a tbsp sugar if gravy is too tart). People ask me for this recipe all the time. It's a huge hit! :0)

Chocolate TurnoversYUM-O!!! These were so yummy and the perfect size. The only hard part was trying to get the pastry to seal properly so chocolate would leak out during baking.... Minor problem as who doesn't like extra chocolate? :)

Best Ever Blueberry Coffee CakeThis is fantastic!! Easy to make and didn't take too much time. I liked the fact that you can make it the night before and cook the next morning. There were a ton of compliments on this dish. Everyone wanted the recipe.
