Chocolate filled Red Velvet CupcakesI thought these sounded decadent and delicious and they are...but way too sweet for me. If I made them again, I would chose either the frosting our the filing but not both.

Tequila-Lime ShrimpDelicious! Used Milagro tequila and was out of Chile pwd so I used cayenne instead. Very flavorful.everyone loved it except my picky eater, but whats new?:-)

Tom's Green BeansMy husband does not like green beans but thought these were really good and would eat them again. The kids, not so much. They were a little too lemony for me but a nice variation for green beans...I would use less lemon next time and a bit of salt.

Chicken CarbonaraThis is a great recipe! I added a little extra salt and pepper at the end but otherwise kept it as is. Kids didn't like the "green bits" but they ate around them. Husband raved and asked me to keep the recipe.

Baked Garlic Cheese Mashed PotatoesThese are the yummiest mashed potatoes I have ever had! Husband was reluctant but after 1 bite he took a whole serving and said potatoes this good deserved to be eaten. I did not have sour cream and used 5 potatoes but otherwise followed the recipe.
