I've made this several times and my family loves it! I did make the following changes. I added salt, pepper and paprika to some flour and coated chicken prior to dipping in milk/egg mixture and breadcrumbs. I also subbed one cup of dry white wine for the milk. Ultimate comfort food! — wildcherry 4/4/2014

Chicken with Creamy Dijon Sauce

Just seeing these reviews, but did the same thing- coated chicken with flour, sautéd mushrooms with the shallots and deglazed with a bit of sherry. Subbed thyme for rosemary and tripled the sauce. Served with rice pilaf. Absolutely awesome! Will definitely make again. — katehandel 2/21/2014

This was awesome! Used white pepper instead of black and heavy cream instead of half and half as that is what I had on hand. Based on my husband's raves this is going into my favorites — RKBCooks 1/3/2014
Shrimp Scampi Alfredo

Shrimp Scampi Alfredo

I was dying to try this but my husband and kids aren't big shrimp fans. So I substituted boneless chicken breast that I cut into bite sized pieces for the shrimp. It was great! So quick and easy. My son said it was the best chicken ever! I used the Classico four cheese Alfredo sauce. Next time I think I will add sautéed mushrooms and red pepper as well. — dustinhood 8/2/2013

Ramen Noodle Casserole

Easy and tasty. Next time I will definitely double this recipe for my family of four. I also think I will chop up the water chestnuts. Big slices distracted us from the other favors of the dish. 6/13/2013

I use 1/4 tsp ground ginger and it comes out great. You might want to cut back on the red pepper if you don't want it too spicy. I only use 1/4 tsp. — Firebyrd 4/8/2013

Mushroom Barley Soup

Excellent! Going into my favorites. I also added 4 bone in chicken thighs. Browned them prior to sautéing the vegetables then added back into the pot with the barley. Removed them once barley was cooked, shredded the meat and added back into the soup. — Sandi149 1/29/2013

I can not find a way to edit the lasgana recipe but I have updated with a review. I dont know if your bechemel was to thin or what, I've never had it soupy, although it has never remained a "formed" piece once on the plate. I hope that my review update will help.
There is NO sauce within in the lasagna, since the region of Italy where the comes from that is not the way they make it. I hope you will re-try with my corrections and just message me if you have questions.
