Used fresh tomatoes, fresh herbs out of my garden, added Marsala, red pepper, reduced the bay leaf count by one, disregarded the sugar because of the natural sugars in the wine and simmered for 6 hours. Oh. And cubed my own beef. Now Its fantastic 9/5/2010

Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Very nice recipe. I botched the first round of sage butter sauce by not dumping cayenne into my hand before adding it to the mix and the cap came off producing about 3 tablespoons of pepper in about the same amount of sauce. After tossing that the second round was fantastic. 8/29/2010
