chicken enchilada

I live in Fort Worth, TX in the Saginaw area. I love going to church and hanging out with my friends. I work at a local bank here in Saginaw. I have 3 dogs that i consider my children.

Mexican, Italian, anything with lots of CARBS!!

	Taco Bake (Bisquick) this was a simple and easy recipe. it tasted okay but wasn't what i was expecting. i did not enjoy it, but my husband did. maybe different variations of the same recipe would be good. on Monday, September 21, 2009
	Easy Chicken Fried Rice this was good for homemade chicken fried rice but it wasn't ideal. my husband wouldn't eat it. an okay meal but not for us. on Sunday, September 20, 2009
	Crispy Ranch Oven Fried Chicken Breasts this was a good baked chicken recipe. the breading was a little dry. next time i will probably lightly fry the chicken on each side before baking it. overall it was fairly good. on Friday, September 18, 2009
	Velveeta Chicken Spaghetti this recipe was good. i enjoyed all the ingredients. i added a little more velveeta the first time. next time i'm going to add a little less tomato. overall a must try!! on Friday, September 18, 2009
	Enchilada Casserole this recipe was very good! i'm a huge fan of casserole's and this was no exception!! very easy to make and very tasty. Next time i'm going to try it with only one can of enchilada sauce and only 1 can of green chilis. it was a little runny for my taste so hopefully lighter sauce will make this dish perfect!! on Friday, September 18, 2009
