Buttermilk PancakesBest fluffy pancakes. I use this recipe as the base for all pancakes I make. This time I substituted brown sugar and added 2 tablespoons (for 1/2 batch) cinnamon. Then corse chopped some trail mix and sprinkled that on top as the pancake was just beginning to cook in the pan.

French ToastVery good and easy. I added banana flavor to the batter mix. Topped with chopped pecans and dusted with pwdr sugar after the butter and warm syrup

Pudding Mix Chocolate Chip CookiesGreat soft cookies! I added 12 oz of dried cherries and changed the vanilla extract for cherry extract and got a great "Black Forest" cookie.

Oatmeal Raisin CookiesGreat cookies. It takes some work to mix all the oats (I used quick oats) through out the entier batch of dough. I thought they would be too dry but not so. I also used a dried fruit mix instead of just the rasins. It had rasins, crasions, and chopped dried tart apple. With that I added shopped pecans. Made awesome cookies.
