What's for dinner?
I live in Southern California. I love to scuba dive, sail, fish, pretty much anything that has to do with the water. I am a Project Manager for IT in the Hospitality Industry and consider my self a foodie.
Love to eat sushi and try to do so everytime I visit a new city, at least once. Love to try out new recipes at home.

Easy Key Lime PieThis recipe only gets 4 stars because even though it tasted great and is super easy to make, it does not "stand up" well when serving. So I would make it for family but not for guests.

Amish Sour Cream Apple PieThis is the best sour cream apple pie I have EVER had, and my daughter works at Marie Callender's!! I made it deep dish and used 3 medium size Granny Smiths. Super easy - dicing the apples instead of slicing is great! I also chilled it for a couple hours after making which made it easy to slice. Served with whipped cream...yummy!
