The Chicken PicattaI used 1/2 the olive oil and added a little butter to brown the chicken. the sauce is a little lighter, if you remove the chicken from the pan, and use the wine to de-glaze the pan before adding the capers and lemon juice.

No-knead BreadThis is the easiest bread in the world to make. I have also been using a half whole wheat/ AP flour with great success.

No-knead BreadFirst time using INSTANT yeast! Couldn't be easier, I cut back a little on the water the second time I made it just to make it easier to work with, and it still turns out great!
