I love to cook, but I also like to keep it simple. My family also loves to try new flavors and I always try to keep updating and expanding my favorites list. I am a big fan of the old fashioned Sunday family dinner and love to get fancy on the weekend.
I love to be out with my family and I am always of looking for new recipes or ideas that can free up my time as much as possible, so I am getting back into using my slow cooker and am enjoying trying to find new recipes for this as well.

I adore trying new flavors and international recipes. I am also introducing my 10 year old daughter to all the possibilities out there. However, my absolute thing in the whole world is a really good fresh cannoli! The best I've had to date were from Carlo's bakery in Hoboken, NJ. Unfortunately that means I hardly get one (but I can fantasize!)

I have fixed the errors in the "Pina Colada Fruit Salad" mix. Please double-check the ingredients boxes in the posting form before posting... BigOven doesn't like "1-1/2" -- the preferred format is "1 1/2". thanks!
