I like eating everything. I've been cooking for family and friend (mainly comfort food) for a while and have recently started using cookbooks to broaden variety of dishes.

Oatmeal CarmelitasThese are great! I added more chips with pecans and walnuts. Next time I will try to mix the chocolate chips.

Crockpot Enchilada CasseroleOverall, it was tasty and easy to make. My choice of enchilada sauce and taco seasoning made the dish a little salty for me. Will make some adjustments the next time I try this!

Chicken Enchiladas with a twistI definitely enjoyed this dish. I like a little spice so I replaced the mild sauces with medium.

Lemon BarsI like. Very simple to make and tastes good. I added a little more lemon juice with some lemon zest. I bake them on the regular.
