Skewered Honey-Balsamic Chicken

Skewered Honey-Balsamic Chicken

Made exactly as posted with worchester and fresh grated ginger. Brushed with honey at the end. It was great. Sweet, tangy and gingery. Took a little time to cut up and put the chicken on the skewers. Might try with whole chicken breasts next.

Caramelized French Onion Dip

Caramelized French Onion Dip

Made this recipe exactly as presented. After chilling for 30 minutes it tasted like onion flavored mayonnaise and sour cream. Three days later it tasted more balanced but still not great. I'd suggest cutting the mayo way back

Marinated Flank Steak

Marinated Flank Steak

Prepared exactly as posted. Marinated for 24 hours and I found the result to be way too salty from the Kikkoman regular soy sauce. Maybe a low salt soy sauce or less time. Aside from salt, flavor was good.

Best Steak Marinade In Existence

Best Steak Marinade In Existence

I love this marinade. When made as presented it balances out very well- lemon, basil, worchester, garlic, pepper. Love it with thick Rib Eyes.

Slow-Cooker Beef Tacos

Slow-Cooker Beef Tacos

Made as directed. The meat was tender and of the proper consistency but was a little flat or one dimensional in flavor. Adding a little chopped cilantro to the meat at the end helps.

Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Made this exactly as submitted and it was pretty good. It did take a lot of work and dishes. The chicken was a little too lemony but I think the lemon I used to grate the outer rind was really large. I should have used a more average size one. The sauce was good but guilt ridden with so much butter and cream. I felt it needed a little more sage. I also think I could have reduced it a bit more as it was a little runny. I can't figure out how laying the chicken in the pan towards you verses away from you changes anything. Away from you also goes on top of any crumbs that fall off- but I did it as stated. This one deserves a second try.

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

Not bad. Made as directed using Knorr soup mix. It came out way too salty for my taste. Flavor was good though I felt like the soup mix made it a little artificial. Garlic on top worked well. I'd love to rework this with real carmelized onions.

Lemon Artichoke Chicken

Lemon Artichoke Chicken

I had lots of trouble following this recipie to the letter. Clearly there are mistakes and I found myself going "huh" on more than one occasion. Most notably on cooking the green onions in butter on high heat and then adding the chicken and cooking and in all the butter discrepancy. I finally used my best judgement and came out with a great meal. O used a half cup butter total, removed the sauteed green onions before adding the chicken and cooked the chicken a little longer that specified. The end result was great. Very tangy. Serve over rice with extra sauce. Yum.

Pork Tenderloin Diane

Pork Tenderloin Diane

This is very good- But isn't anything sauteed in lots of butter. Great flavor but I feel like I need to go to the gym the next day- which is unusual for lean pork tenderloin. But it's worth it.

South-of-the-border Grilled Pork Tenderloin

South-of-the-border Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Good flavor. I recommend marinading for a few hours instead of 30 minutes. Making it for the second time tonight.
