I enjoy cooking with herbs and spices and simple staples. My favorites are anything with rice, grains, flatbreads, lentils, beans and potatoes. Everything whole plants, made with love, no junk, no meat, no dairy, no fats and no oils.
I still enjoy a big holiday feast with traditional holiday meats, but my everyday meals are whole plants.
