Baked Macaroni and CheeseIt was good but not my favorite. My kids didn't care for it but my husband and I liked it. Probably wont make it again or next time I'll tweak it a little.

Chicken Enchiladas with a twistIt wad good, a keeper for sure. I made changes though. Used corn tortillas, they taste so much better after baked. I also strained the mushroom pieces out if the soup (those are nasty). I used Hernandez salsa instead of Pace. I think the few changes make a big difference. Very good!
