Giblet Cream Gravy

Giblet Cream Gravy

Husband fried the turkey this year so I needed a gravy recipe that would work without the drippings. This worked great, a delicious cream gravy with turkey! Thanks! — knox 12/1/2013
Cornbread Mason-Dixon Stuffing

Cornbread Mason-Dixon Stuffing

Husband fried the turkey so I needed a dressing we could both agree on (I always 'won' cause I was in charge of the bird! Not so this year!). This seemed to make everyone happy, I added the corn and I lovd the pecans! It was really tasty. Thanks for sharing! 12/1/2013

This was fun! Next time I'll make the slices a little thicker. It was a lot of work with really thin slices :) My toddler loved them!! — franandal 6/19/2012

Couscous with sweet potato and zucchini

Couscous with sweet potato and zucchini

I liked this a lot! I wish I had followed the instructions and removed everything before I put the zucchini in! I ended up with glop...delicious glop, but mine didn't look anything close to the picture. I'm going to make it again and follow the instructions more carefully next time. It was soooo good! Thank you!!! — SassySW 2/27/2012

Quesadillas Casserole

Quesadillas Casserole

I made this in a square casserole dish because I was worried about the height of the quesadilla tower! It probably would have looked better in a cake pan, but because I doubled the recipe I wanted to make sure I had enough room. I layered it up, added black beans and served it with some spanish rice! It was hit with the whole family! In the future I'll make two cake pan sized casseroles and put one in the freezer for later. Thanks for an excellent meatless main! 2/21/2012
Quinoa, Broccoli, & Cheese Casserole

Quinoa, Broccoli, & Cheese Casserole

This was a great addition to my "Meatless Monday" endeavors! My hubby AND my 2 yr. old liked it. I loved it! It has made the rotation! I added about 3 cups of broccoli to it, but other than that I really didn't change a thing about the recipe. I served it with fruit and the whole meal was a hit. THANK YOU for sharing!!! — burnsma55817 2/7/2012
Chicken Dijion

Chicken Dijion

very yummy! I only needed about half the cheese, I'm sure it would have been even more divine with all of it :). This was a simple, quick, and tasty weeknight dinner. Thanks! — Danielle9282 2/2/2012
Caramelized Onion and Lentil Soup

Caramelized Onion and Lentil Soup

I too used dry lentils because that's what I had, doubled the onion and oil and upped the amount of chicken stock for the dry beans. I added carrot, tomato, and some shredded chicken, but essentially it's the same base recipe! :D Delicious! — mraguirre22 10/17/2011
Chicken and Rice Casserole

Chicken and Rice Casserole

I thought it was awesome! I've noticed can sizes have gotten smaller, so I added a little bit of whole milk to my "healthy" soups (!) for "more" and so it would spread better. I also used a mix of frozen and fresh broccoli that I microwaved together to get them thawed/steamed. And the last 5 minutes or so I bumped the oven temp up to 400 and that worked for my oven to get the top nice and brown and bubbly, so it was in the oven for a total of about 30 minutes, which I felt was very reasonable! It was a hit with my toddler AND husband (and me!). Thank you!!! — SPOOKS581 4/27/2011

Beef and Hashbrown Bake

I added some worcestershire sauce to the gravy mix. It was a hit! My husband asked for less veggies, but please! It had the right amount of veggies :) — NascarRick 3/11/2011
Chicken Pot Pie Casserole

Chicken Pot Pie Casserole

Thanks QUILLDRAGON! I actually make it with the condensed 10.5 oz cans because that's what I usually have on hand. That part of the recipe I had not updated from my Aunt's recipe. I adjust the amount of chicken broth I use to thin it out, generally I use 1/4th of a cup, but depending on what veg I have on hand or what else I decide to throw in there, the amount could vary. Of course, when making the recipe it can always be changed to taste! Thanks so much again for pointing that out, and I've updated the recipe! — Minerva79 2/11/2011
