Spaghetti with Mussels and SpinachThanks Susan, great recipe! I made this recipe tonight and my partner and I both absolutely loved it. However, instead of spaghetti I put in Udon noodles at the same time as the mussels, used tinned plum tomatoes and added half a cup of single cream and some pepper - yum!
