Buttermilk PancakesPerfect fluffy pancakes- I had to use buttermilk powder (that's what I had) and it turned out just fine. Light fluffy texture, wonderful vanilla aroma, and slight tang from the buttermilk. Yummy!

Rosemary Lemon ChickenI added all ingredients (and used frozen chicken) to the crockpot for about 8 hrs on low- great!

Spaghetti CarbonaraVery yummy! I just crushed the garlic up and left it in the mix- I will definitely be making this again! Super easy!

Fiesta Chicken CasseroleVery tasty! However I did add a whole onion and a can of diced green chilli's that I carmelized a bit on the stove top. Also a bit of salt to our taste! Very god definitely try it!
