What's for dinner?
minestrone souop

I live in Snohomish, Washington, and I've been blogging now for 7 months. Cooking and writing is my favorite thing to do. Reading other blogs written by people as passionate about cooking as I am, is next on my list.

Having lost 40 pounds several years ago, I focus on cooking light. Through healthier cooking and daily exercise, I've been able to heal my high blood pressure, acid reflux and keep my weight in a healthy range.

I'm on a wheat free, gluten free, dairy free diet. This meal fit right in with my diet and was very tasting and filling. Even my husband loved this meatless meal!
