Grilled Chicken AlfredoI used frozen grilled chicken strips (Trader Joes are best) as a shortcut and it came out very good. My kids and my husband both liked it and it took only about a half hour that way.

Classic Rice PilafThis recipe was very good. I used basmati rice instead of long grain. I also added a couple teaspoons of "Better Than Bouillon" chicken bouillon concentrate and cut back on the salt.
