Have been cooking seriously (and sometimes frivolously) since 2000. Am a retired Navy officer and former administrator for the US National Park Service and now 100% retired.

Lobster bisque, key lime pie, braised lamb shanks, veal picatta, ox tail soup, rotisserie roasted duck, pot roast, deep fried oysters, chili, shrimp pesto (scampi) over angel hair.

I made this today. It's very good, but I would definently decrease the pepper! I love spicey food, but this was quite peppery. Other than that, it is great and I will make it again. Thanks for sharing.
