Great recipe. Heat to higher temp for firm caramels. I also enjoy the richer taste of dark brown sugar.

This was great! A few changes I'll make for next time. Less onion (maybe my half was too big). Tad less sugar. I added both fresh and dried basil when I added cream so they could all cook together a bit. Next time, I will also add some chunks of tomatoes after the purée because I like a chunkier soup. Th
