I'm a resident of Kingsland, Auckland, New Zealand. I am a Sales Professional, working for a Graphic Design practice.
For fun - newly discovering the joy of cooking! I enjoy reading (fiction and non-fiction), movies (pretty much anything and everything), music (listening and playing).
I am also inherently curious about the world in which I live - if I encounter something I don't know about, I'll research.
As I am exploring foods - anything and everything is up for a try.
Asian, Italian cuisine a favorite. Love seafood. Love all meats. Not so focussed on baking/desserts at present.
My biggest problem is cooking for one, then eating for two 'cos I'm so impressed with my results... then I need to exercise...
