Excellent!. I have been searching for all types of Pasta receipes to cut down on our grocery bill. The only change I made is I used 1/2 of a Keilbasa sausage cut in slices and quartered. I put this on the bottom of my 9x9 Pyrex dish, and poured the Mac & cheese on top of it. I baked it for only 15 minutes in my Cusineart oven as I live in a Travel Trailer and use it for everything. I made a crumb topping from 8 ritz crackers crumbled and mixed with a little butter and scattered on the top. I used Kraft Sharp Cheddar Shredded cheese and 2% Milk as I did not have any whole milk. This was a good receipe. The only other Mac & Cheese I ever made from scratch was using Velvetta.Good but a little too thick for our taste. This was the 1st receipe I have made from Big Oven.
