I am a Professional Chef, A father, and a husband. I love food and our intimacy with it. I love to learn about new ingredients and methods. I hope to teach cooking to anyone who likes, loves or is passionate about eating, cooking and connecting!

I love Green Onions Thyme, and fresh basil when i can get it.... and since coming back from a recent trip to Thailand, Asian food and fresh ingredients!  Due to unfavorable versions of any prepared food i have adopted the moto "Ill try anything twice"

Getting the color right is key! a light brown to a rich amber is best! If the heat is too high the sugar can go from a great color to black in a blink! use medium heat if its your first time, master the basics then turn up the heat. [I posted this recipe.] — Orange_Chef 7/27/2010

White guy's Butter Chicken

Reducing the watery/ liquid content in the tomato mixutre is very important as this will concentrate flavors and reduce some of the cooking time for the thickening. Allowing the chicken and yoghurt mixture to marinate together is very important for the flavoring. I Will provide an easy Garam Masala Spice Recipe, this is a versatile spice blend that you can add to meat, rice and vegetable mixtures... even popcorn! Experiment for yourself! Love the cauliflower pizza recipe and can't wait to try it. Any other ideas for low carb healthy foods, especially breakfast or snacks would be great. Thanks
