Oven Roasted Potatoes

I'm a bartender but before that I was a line cook at a variety of places. Now I I just cook for fun and because I love to eat good homemade dishes.

Fried chicken and mashed potatoes with cream corn and brown and serve rolls is my fav dish ever. Makes me feel 12 again at my mom's house.
