Crescent ChickenI didn't have any peas and carrots, so I substituted green beans and corn. I also used canned chicken which I added 1/4 cup chopped onion and used fresh ground black pepper before rolling up. This recipe is easy to half for two people.

Banana Sour Cream Coffee CakeThis is a very dense and moist cake. It did not crumb very much. It was very easy to make. A very good use of ripe bananas. I would serve this at a brunch. I would also just use as an unfrosted snack cake. Next time I make it, I will try and use some Splenda instead of sugar.
