I am glad you found my recipes interesting and I hope you try them. I especially appreciate your enthusiasm for the tequila shrimp! Depending on the size of the shrimp, you can serve this as an appetizer or an entree. Either way, you (and your guests) WILL be amazed by it! ES MUI FANTISCO!!!!

I looked at your background and am very impressed by it and intrigued by it. I can absolutely relate to your passion for cooking. It emulates my past, learning from my Grandmother, and the passion for cooking that has been with me since I was a child.

I have just started to post recipes and will only post the recipes that I have made, perfected and love. I look forward to trying out your recipes, keeping in touch with you and to continue our passion for cooking!
