Red Cabbage Coleslaw

Red Cabbage Coleslaw

I made this because I had half a head of cabbage left from another recipe and didn't know what to do with it. I cut the recipe in half and found the red onion waaay to over powering. Maybe I had an extra potent onion- but it was too much for me. If I make this again, I'm using less and maybe a sweeter variety like a yellow or a couple grated pearls.
