Finger Lickin Good Pork ChopsI cut out one of the cans of cream of chicken because I only had 4 pork chops and I baked this in the oven. The chops were nice and tender. It was super easy and my kids loved the gravy. I am only giving it 3 stars because my husband complained that the gravy was too salty. I will omit the salt and use low sodium soup next time but this is definitely a repeat. Was delicious with mashed potatoes and corn. Heated well for lunch the next day.

Best Ever Banana Muffins #1My kids don't like bananas and they actually loved these so they deserve 5 stars!. I added semi-sweet chocolate chips and topped it with brown sugar. The brown sugar made them super yummy and they browned really nicely on top. I added an extra banana because mine were small and at first, I thought they were too mushy inside. But after they cooled and settled, they were perfect. These are the moistest banana muffins I have made. I will definitely make these again but I may omit the brown sugar topping next time.
