Perfect Blueberry PancakesI have made these many, many times now and the recipe is very consistent so I reviewed again and added a star. My husband likes them better than mine. Also, LOVE the amount of detail in the instructions. I have switched to using a 1/4 measure cup to portion out thanks to these instructions. Always something to learn!

Old Fashioned PancakesYes, not enough liquid - after someone changed the recipe in the database. I have made the corrections back to what I entered. We make these every weekend.

Horchata - Ground Rice DrinkThis is the best recipe I have tried so far and tastes the most like the horchata we had in San Antonio. A homesick Southerner thanks you! Now, you wouldn't happen to have a very good Carne Guisada recipe would you?

Tuscan SangriaI used Sweet Vermouth instead of Punt e Mes, but Punt e Mes means roughly half sweet, half sour. I used high quality pre-squeezed OJ with good results. Obviously, fresh squeezed would elevate this to another level and would be well worth the effort. Do NOT however use prepared lime juice. Squeeze this fresh. I have never found one that does not taste just awful and you will be very disappointed. I don't particularly care for cinnamon so did not use a stick to garnish. I sliced an orange and floated it in the pitcher to save sanity at a party and it worked well if you don't have a bartender. The oranges to tend to turn a not so pleasant color rather quickly however. Enjoy! This is one recipe that is very worth it. I will try to find and add the Chef's name to give the credit he deserves for this one! [I posted this recipe.]
