I am a teacher who does alot of off roading and we need to feed the members opf the Jeep Club after a day long experiance.
 
Unfortunetly I like red meats. The Doctor doesn't agree. I am tring to work toward some other meats but darn its hard.

Jo's Pork Loin Marinade

I had to serve about 90 people and it was great. I spent a lot of time keeping the marinade on the meat as it was being cooked. It worked out better than expected. The person that "tried" to do before me had the Pork really dry, so several of the members said that you could'nt BBG pork wothout it being Dry. This recipe most deffinetly proved them wrong.
