I was a bit skeptical about making this, although the idea intrigued me. I ended up making this dish last night for dinner, and it was very very good! You only use a very small amount of salsa in the middle and on top, as I believe is stated. Also, you put the other half of the meat on top of the bottom after you spread a layer of salsa. Im sure the person who posted this recipe assumed that was obvious. I used pepper jack cheese on top and some taco bell sauce on top and it turned out wonderfully! Just added a little sour cream upon serving and it nicely balanced the spiciness of the pepper jack.
