My family loves this recipe. I use the large sized grand-type biscuits when making therefore I think it's too much bread. I got creative and made a sauce for dipping or drizzling. I used 1/4 cup chicken broth, balsamic vinegar, garlic cloves, lemon pepper & butter.this added the additional flavor & moisture needed. — swibirun 9/9/2013

I too added red wine. I also substituted fat free plain yogurt for sour cream; they taste the same. The kids & I enjoyed it. The hubby didn't tell me until almost time to eat that he didn't care for any beef stroganoff. Oh well. 3/24/2012
