Sausage Gravy (for Biscuits and Gravy)easy reciepe! had no nutmeg but substituted cayenne pepper and this gave the gravy an extra kick. decreased the amount of milk called for which allowed for a thicker gravy. my fiance loved it and will definitly make again.
