Cheesy Chicken Casserole

Cheesy Chicken Casserole

So easy and creamy! If you don't thaw the broccoli before placing it in the oven you get the same texture as you would with fresh. This was the perfect recipe for my low carb lifestyle. I added a dash of red pepper, and some balsamic to activate all aspects of the tongue's taste buds. — Pami 10/6/2013

Crescent Chicken Squares

Crescent Chicken Squares

I would say drain the canned chicken...or omit the milk and keep the 2 Tbsp. of chicken juice...my filling was liquid. It was FUN trying to get all that goop inside the crescents. I will make this again b/c the end product tasted great! — trkoala 7/17/2009

Cheesy Chicken and Rice Bake

Cheesy Chicken and Rice Bake

Due to the previous comments I added 1/4 cup more rice at the beginning. Come out with no liquid at all! Super easy! To jazz it up a bit I splashed some balsamic vinegar to the plated portion and Wal-lah! Yum-O — nicks3l 7/1/2009
Easy Hamburger Soup

Easy Hamburger Soup

Many different items can be used to improve this soup. Make sure you scrape the fat off from the canned beef stew...well...unless you want it :-) [I posted this recipe.] — Rayel 6/29/2009
Baked Stuffed Potatoes

Baked Stuffed Potatoes

These are great! I'd keep them in the oven about five more minutes at the end to get a little more golden on the top. Yummm! — kyle50 6/29/2009
Fresh Peach Muffins with a Pecan Crumb Topping

Fresh Peach Muffins with a Pecan Crumb Topping

I love the batter for this muffin...next time i'll omit the pecan crumb topping...it wasn't "crumby" and the butter (although cold when used) quickly melted making more of a liquid on top of the muffin...My husband LOVED these! 6/23/2009
