I enjoy ethnic cooking. Generally I cook during the week and my wife does Sunday dinner. I prefer to cook from 'scratch', especially those dishes which use tomatoes, cucumbers and herbs from our garden. In fact, I always try to start a recipe from the ground up; too many bottled sauces and packaged foods have vague pedigrees, so I'd rather not take the chance.
This was great. I had to use anchovy paste, but it worked well. I also added the zest from the lemon and a little black pepper. This is a new favourite. — stevemur 7/26/2011
